- When hospitalization is necessary, we facilitate the admission process for our patients at any appropriate area hospital. In some cases, we arrange direct admission via specialist.
- We arrange consultation and specialty follow-up care when needed.
- After hours care and re-evaluation of patients who have undergone certain medical procedures. Your doctor can arrange for this service. (e.g. surgical wound reevaluation, cast splitting or removal, home IV reinsertion, catheter troubleshooting, post dental procedure care, home IV antibiotics, etc). Patients may avoid the emergency room when using this service.
- We help coordinate optimal patient care using home health care services, and skilled nursing services. We work with skilled nursing, assisted living, and other care facilities.
- We recognize and respect complementary approaches to health care and work enthusiastically with non-traditional providers to further enhance patient care.
- Multilingual - We utilize professional medical telephone translation services for 170+ languages for communication with non-English speaking patients.
- Special events/excursions: for individuals or small groups with unique medical needs, we provide stand-by emergency medical services. Have a personal emergency physician with mobile emergency care equipment at your side!
- International traveler medical advocacy. Advisory and consultation services for travelers encountering challenging circumstances with emergency and urgent medical care abroad. We help guide patients in determining appropriate followup medical care. We can help facilitate medical decision making, coordinate and communicate with foreign medical providers and can facilitate expeditious appropriate medical evacuation. - Emergency physician advisory/consultation for schools, organizations and businesses for medical first aid and disaster preparation. Includes recommendations on optimal first aid equipment and supplies for various settings, and educational lectures for medical training.
- Physical examinations for travel, visa, school, sports, work, or other purpose
